DENDENG RAGI

 Yeast Jerky Recipe Ingredients:

     5 pieces of red onion
     2 cloves garlic
     1 / 2 teaspoon coriander
     2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
     2 bay leaves
     2 cm galangal
     1 stalk lemongrass
     500 grams of beef has in part, thinly sliced
     1 liter of water
     100 grams of brown sugar, finely sliced
     2 is quite old coconuts, grated

How to Make Jerky Yeast:

     Puree onion, garlic and coriander. Then stir-fry with the bay leaves, galangal and lemon grass until fragrant.
     Insert the meat and water, stir well. Allow it to permeate and flavor the meat tender.
     Add a sprinkle of brown sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Enter the grated coconut, stir until dry coconut.
     Remove and serve.
